Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Mix:
In a bowl, combine softened butter, garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and zest.
Build flavor:
Add parsley, thyme, smoked paprika, cayenne (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix until fully incorporated.
Shape:
Spoon onto parchment paper and roll into a log, or store in a small dish.
Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Serve:
Slice and melt over hot Wagyu steaks, roasted vegetables, or grilled bread.
